Collagen Treatments

As we age, we can develop lines in the face. Smile lines, crows feet, lip lines and the marionette lines under the mouth can be filled with a simple injection. This is an in office procedure that takes 20 minutes or so. Most of the fillers contain numbing, so discomfort is minimal. There is also a topical numbing gel that we place on the skin for a few minutes that makes the procedure even more comfortable. These injections can last months up to one year depending upon the injectable used. The best fine line filler is Cosmoderm, made of human collagen. Juvederm, Juvederm XC, Perlane, Perlane L, Prevelle and Restylane are some of the hyaluronic acid fillers that we use. Radiesse is another longer lasting filler used for deeper lines.

The results are immediate and when the line is filled you will look years younger and no one will know what you have done. Side effects are uncommon. We rarely get bruising but ask that you don't take aspirin, alcohol or Vitamin E just before the procedure.

If you want to enhance your lips, you can do that as well with these hyaluronic acid fillers. The results are very natural looking.
